Marc Amblard, Founder and MD, Orsay Consulting (SV)

Marc has 25 years of experience in the mobility sector. Educated in both France (M.Sc.) and the U.S.(MBA), he has held various operational and functional positions at two global carmakers, a major Tier 1 automotive supplier and a global leader in rail equipment and services. These included senior positions with global functional responsibilities for multi-billion dollar businesses. He was also CEO of the global leader in the deployment of business excellence, operating at C-suite level.

Marc founded ORSAY CONSULTING in early 2016 to contribute his expertise and experience to companies in the mobility sector. He performs strategic assessments, advises companies on scenario planning, business strategy and corporate repositioning. He also analyses market and technology trends, scouts for technology and startup, advises startups in their product-market fit and go-to-market strategy in the automotive and rail sectors and assists them in penetrating target companies. He acts as a mentor to mobility startups in several incubators. Marc is also a Senior Advisor to Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, a leading global consultancy.

Abhay Jain, CEO & Co-founder, ActiveScaler

Abhay has been developing product and solutions in mobile, storage, cloud, networking and embedded solution domains for large enterprises and consumers. ActiveScaler, a connected transportation technology startup, is his current venture and they are developing powerful, real-time and secure APIs for next generation transportation systems that can help developers to develop amazing applications.

Tin Hang Liu, Founder & CEO, OSVehicle

Tin Hang Liu, born in Italy, is an entrepreneur who has run his family’s company called Italchina that works on remarkable transportation projects with clients like Giugiaro, Cagiva, Ducati, MV Agusta, AGV. Also involved in the team of the project called MyCar by Innovech, a compact electric vehicle beautifully designed by Giorgietto Giugiaro and engineered in Italy using most of the components from Asia.

He is the founder and CEO of OSVehicle® a startup from Silicon Valley that is developing a modular Self-Driving car for Mobility as a Service, and an ecosystem for startups entrepreneurs, designers, engineers, makers, fabbers, manufacturers, and investors.

Media defined OSVehicle as the “IKEA car”, “Arduino for Vehicles”, “Android for Electric Vehicles”.

Dr. Haotian Wu, SW Architect Lead, Automated Driving Group, Intel

Haotian is an experienced professional in the system engineering and controls development of safety critical systems (i.e. control systems of electrified and autonomous vehicles). He was the project co-leader of GM and DOE EcoCar2 Project at Purdue. Haotian is a certified functional safety engineer (hardware and software), IEEE senior member, and has been elected as the chair of IEEE Control System Society-SEC. Haotian obtianed his PhD from Purdue and has published 10 papers and 6 patents in automotive engineering.
