Mr. Yong Wang has over 10 years of experience in mobile wireless management and operation, and has successfully established a number of companies in both China and the United States.
Mr. Yong Wang is the GM China for DeNA. In this role, he is fully in charge of the company’s management and daily operations. Meanwhile, he also pursues the investment opportunities in China. Prior to that, Mr. Wang served in CA Mobile, one of the largest mobile advertising companies in Japan. During his tenure in CA Mobile, he established the first mobile advertising company in China—CA Mobile China in 2003 and took the role as COO. In 2006, he established the first virtual mobile social networking service—Ixenland in the U.S. and played the role as President and CEO. Prior to CA Mobile, Mr. Wang served in NTT(NYSE: NTT), the largest telecommunication company in the world, to provide global telecommunication management consulting service to Japanese entrepreneurs. Mr. Wang holds the MBA degree from University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree from Mie University of Japan.
Cong is the technical guru of Happy Elements with plenty of pertinent experience at MySpace(China) as their CTO and at Microsoft, China as a Senior Consultant. He can often be heard belting out encouragement to his tech team troops: the real force behind Happy Elements mercurial rise.
Prior to joining Google, Alexander managed online marketing for the San Francisco Giants. He holds an AB with Honors in Political Science from Brown University and received MBA degrees from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and the National University of Singapore Business School.
Si Shen is the Co-founder and CEO of PapayaMobile Inc. which is one of the biggest mobile social networks and mobile social game developers on Android. Papaya has 3.5 million registered users in the US and Europe although the company is based in Beijing. Papaya has recently opened its platform for third-party developers to develop their applications through Papaya's SDKs and open APIs. PapayaMobile was invested by DCM. Before starting PapayaMobile, Si was the product lead for mobile in Google Beijing. She used to be a product manager for search and mobile advertising in Google Mountain View. Si got her master's degrees in Computer Science and Manage Science and Engineering from Stanford, and her bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University.
Darya leads the team, which handles international publishing of GI’s games on the world’s largest social networks and develops business relationship with payment solutions providers. Since she joined Game Insight, Darya developed and brought the company’s products into global social gaming markets including networks in USA, Europe, Canada, Latin America, Korea and Japan thus, making international direction the most profitable division of the company. Before joining Game Insight, Darya worked as Independent Consultant on investments and conducted assessment of investment attractiveness of private/public enterprises.
Darya holds Master Degree in Economics from Kharkiv University of Humanities “People’s Ukrainian Academy” (Ukraine) and Master Degree in Public Policy and Management from University of Southern Maine (USA).
Brian Oh is the Senior Publishing and International Marketing Manager at Gamevil. He has ten year experience in Korean game industry. In early 2000, he worked in a mobile game company for 2.5 years where his role was international marketing and telecom relations. In 2005, he moved on to work for a company called JCEntertainment which is an online game company famous for Freestyle Street Basketball. His role at JCE was international business development. Brian has much knowledge and experience in both mobile and online game industry throughout Korea and global market.
Bertrand leads the charge at App Annie. He is a technology entrepreneur with 14 years of executive experience in the mobile, Internet and analytics space across Europe, US and Asia. Previously, he was VP Mobile for Gomez (web analytics) acquired in 2009 by Compuware for $295M, and before that he was COO and VP Marketing at Zandan (mobile analytics) acquired by Keynote Systems. Bertrand also held management / founder roles at Neocom Multimedia and Arkadia Netsystems. Bertrand holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master in Computer Science from ISEP, France. Outside of running tech companies, Bertrand is usually found trying out the latest gadgets and reading on his tablet.
Ramon Zeng is an Investment VP in DCM’s Beijing office. He is responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, assisting on financings for new and existing portfolio companies and helping portfolio companies on M&A and strategic matters.
Prior to joining DCM, Ramon was an Associate at Panthera Capital Group where he evaluated new investment opportunities, conducted analysis and due diligence work and executed deals. He also worked as a Business Analyst at AIU/AIG where he conducted research, due diligence and post-M&A integration planning for M&A projects in Greater China. He was also involved in the planning of their China expansion. He began his career at the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China where he conducted business planning and research in the e-banking department.
Harry is a Partner at Matrix Partners China, and has been heavily involved in investments in Career International, and 21ViaNet (NASDAQ: VNET), and HUBS1. Previously, Harry worked at WI Harper from early 2006 to 2008, where he had ten years of experience in investment and M&A in the TMT industries in China. Prior to joining WI Harper, Harry led the corporate development department of Linktone Ltd. (NASDAQ: LTON), the first pure-play China wireless company listed in the US. In his two years with Linktone, Harry was responsible for corporate strategy, strategic investments and mergers & acquisitions in the wireless, digital media and online and mobile gaming businesses including companies like 9Sky, Ojava, Brilliant, etc. Before Linktone, he served for several years in chinadotcom (Nasdaq: CHINA), the first Chinese internet company listed in the US, working in their corporate development department. For his four and a half years with chinadotcom, Harry headed up all the investments activities in China including investments and acquisitions in 17game (currently CDC Games), Newpalm, Go2Joy (currently CDC mobile), and ROSS and Platinum (currently part of CDC Software). Prior to chinadotcom, Harry served in the Business Consulting Division of Andersen & Co., where he was involved in business advisory projects in the IT industry.
Harry has executed over 20 transactions throughout his career and brings to the Company numerous years of investment experience, structuring expertise and steady deal flows, especially in the internet and wireless sectors. While he was at WI Harper, Harry was responsible for investments in 3G.cn, Mapbar, Daqi, iKang, and Editgrid. Harry was born in Hong Kong and educated in the US. Harry holds a masters in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Joey Dai, Managing Director of CyberAgent Beijing, China, CFO of Jifeng.com, and CCTV "A Billion" program contract investment professional, is one of the most successful Chinese 80s generation venture capitalist.
Joey Dai was born in Suzhou in 1981 and moved to Nanjing in 1988. Joy studied in Japan after graduating from high school and attended the Ivy League University in Japan, Aoyama Gakuin University. After graduating from college in 2005, Joy joined the Internet game development company (Gaiax) and was in charge of the company’s domestic and foreign game development operations and international gaming business mergers and acquisition. He joined CyberAgent Ventures in October 2007 to engage in venture capital investment in China. His investment focuses areas include internet, mobile phones, early stage business, and Asian markets.

David Liu is CEO of RedAtoms. Prior to RedAtoms, David co-founded and served as CTO of Reach Media Group, a leading out of home media company in the US. Previously, David also worked at McKinsey, Hewlett Packard and Silicon Graphics. David has a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He also has received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
Cao Yi (Charlie Cao) is the vice president of Sequoia Capital China. Before joining Sequoia in 2009, Mr. Cao had worked at Ceyuan venture capital fund and focused on the investment in early stage Internet, wireless and new media industries. He participated in the investment and management of UCWEB, NetQin and Micro-Magazine and served at UCWEB as director of business. Mr. Cao holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University. Hi investment focus area is early stage companies in TMT.
Prior to Aarki, Frederic had 15+ years of senior sales management experience, and worked at various Nasdaq listed companies (VmWare, Brightcove). He started his careers as an entrepreneur, and has enjoyed several successful experiences in early-mid stage startups. Frederic who lived in 20+ countries, speaks 5 languages, including Mandarin Chinese, French. He is responsible for all facets regarding the on boarding of new publishers/advertisers globally, as well as building a "world class" sales team. Frederic earned an executive MBA (Stanford), and BA (ESCE Paris).
David has more than 25 year’s experiences in the IT and Communications industry in APAC and one of the pioneers in the smartphone and mobile internet industry in the region for the past 10 years. He has worked in a wide range of fields from Sales & Marketing, Market Creation and Development to Strategic Planning and building and advising mobile internet startup operations. Currently he is the Managing Director of Tapjoy based in Beijing responsible for establishing Tapjoy as the leading mobile advertising and monetization platform provider for the Greater China region.
Prior to that as Chairman of Finland based Sfonge Ltd, David helped to build a global mobile expert community providing consulting and crowdsourcing services worlwide; driving Symbian and S60 to be the leading smartphone platform in China as General Manager of Symbian Foundation and Sales and Marketing Director for Mobile Software Sales and Marketing in Nokia China. Before moving to Beijing in 2002, David held various executive roles in sales, marketing and technology management in Nokia, Nortel Networks, SWIFT and IBM in both Singapore and Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Hoolai Game, Jian was the Director at China Broadband Capital Partners from 2007 to 2011. Jian was a consult at McKinsey & Company from 2004 to 2007. Jian obtained an MBA Degree from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD). Prior to that, he received a Double Major in Urban Environment and Economics from Peking University in Beijing China.

Jessie holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from MIT Sloan School of Management. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
Prior to joining Rekoo, he founded HappySNS in 2009, one of the largest social gaming companies in China and acquired by Rekoo later, with top games including Dream Ocean, Fishing Holidays etc on Qzone and worldwide.Charlie holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Tsinghua University.
